Local service interruption via unlimited socket connections

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Avahi 0.9-rc2 and earlier allows local users to interrupt mDNS/DNS-SD service via UNIX-socket connections. server_work accepts each connection without checking CLIENTS_MAX, while client_new appends every client and increments the client count. Any unprivileged user with access to /run/avahi-daemon/socket can exhaust daemon memory and file descriptors, causing a crash or loss of local name resolution.
