Account takeover via embedded scripted SVG uploads

Stored cross-site scripting in Horilla HRMS before 1.4.0 allows attackers to run JavaScript in users' browsers through malicious SVG content. The upload path accepts SVG files containing scripts, while rich-content sanitization permits embed elements that load those files and execute their scripts. Attackers need the ability to upload an asset or embed content, and account takeover requires a higher-privileged user to view the affected content.
