CVE-2025-59484Network attack vector

Data disclosure and modification via insecure RSA

Published Sep 23, 2025 · Updated Sep 24, 2025

Broken cryptography in AutomationDirect CLICK PLUS firmware before 3.71 allows remote attackers to disclose or modify device data. The firmware's RSA implementation performs cryptographic operations insecurely, but the vendor has not disclosed the defective operation or affected protocol exchange. Exploitation requires no privileges but does require user interaction, with consequences bounded to data disclosure, data modification, and limited service interruption.
