Remote HTTP/2 server crash via unhandled TLS error

Node.js denial of service allows remote attackers to crash affected HTTP/2 servers with a malformed HEADERS frame. Oversized invalid HPACK data triggers an ECONNRESET on a TLSSocket that lacks a default error handler, leaving the error uncaught and terminating the process. Exposure requires a network-reachable HTTP/2 TLS server whose application has not attached an explicit secure-socket error listener; the bounded consequence is a process crash.
