SSRF via zero-address public classification

SSRF in Fedor Indutny IP 2.0.1 and earlier allows local users to cause loopback requests by supplying the IP address 0. The isPublic function classifies 0 as globally routable rather than private, so callers using its true result to authorize outbound requests accept a loopback target. Exploitation requires a consuming application that accepts attacker-controlled destinations and a platform where 0 or 0.0.0.0 resolves to 127.0.0.1; the bounded consequence is a server-side request to a loopback service.
