Out-of-bounds write in MicroDicom DICOM Viewer 2025.2 (Build 8154) and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The public advisory does not disclose the affected parser, memory operation, or malformed DICOM field that causes the write beyond a buffer boundary. Exploitation requires a user to visit a malicious website or open a malicious DICOM file, after which attacker-controlled code runs in the viewer's context.
