Browser request redirection via unvalidated Island keys

Client-side path traversal in affected Nuxt 3.x and 4.x releases allows remote attackers to redirect same-origin browser requests. The Island payload reviver accepts an unvalidated __nuxt_island.key from prerendered API data and interpolates it into an Island JSON path, so traversal segments select a different application endpoint. Exploitation requires prerendering of attacker-controlled API data and a user's later client-side navigation; requests stay in the browser and do not directly disclose data.
