OAuth secret disclosure via embedded client credential
Published Oct 2, 2025 · Updated Oct 2, 2025
Cleartext credential exposure in Flock Safety Pisco 6.21.11 allows local users to recover an Auth0 client secret from the Android APK. The application embeds the secret in its client-side code, so decompiling or inspecting the APK reveals a credential intended to remain confidential. Access to the application binary is sufficient; the published record establishes secret disclosure but does not describe token abuse or downstream account access.
