Authenticated database disclosure via unsanitized LOCATE value

SQL injection in Open Web Analytics before 1.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through crafted report constraints. The =@ and !@ branches in owa_db.php embed the v[value] request parameter in single-quoted LOCATE expressions without sanitization. A valid low-privileged account able to submit owa_constraints is required, and crafted input executes arbitrary SQL for database disclosure.
