Code injection in guix-daemon before 1618ca7 allows local users to gain a build user's privileges via a crafted mirror file. The perform-download procedure evaluates arbitrary Guile code read from the user-controlled content-addressed-mirrors file while running as a build user. The resulting code can create a persistent setuid executable and manipulate outputs of builds executed by that build account.
