Unauthenticated command execution via shell-interpreted kubectl input

OS command injection in feiskyer mcp-kubernetes-server 0.1.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands on the host. ShellProcess joins the kubectl tool's untrusted command argument with semicolons and passes the resulting string to subprocess.run with shell=True. No authentication is required, and read-only controls do not block injected shell commands running with the server process's privileges.
