Authenticated service interruption via AiCloud integer underflow
Published Nov 25, 2025 · Updated Nov 25, 2025
Integer underflow in AiCloud on affected ASUS Router firmware allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via a crafted request. ASUS has not disclosed the request field or parsing routine; it states only that request processing causes an integer calculation to underflow. An authenticated AiCloud session and an additional deployment condition are required; ASUS has not identified whether the interruption is a hang, crash, reboot, or shutdown.
