OIDC client-secret disclosure via Apps API response

Information disclosure in One Identity OneLogin before 2025.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read OIDC client secrets via Apps API v2. The authenticated GET /api/2/apps response serializes each OIDC application's client secret even though the secret belongs only in the one-time creation response. A bearer token with Read All or Manage All scope is required, and exposed secrets enable impersonation of affected OIDC applications.
