Proxy crash via unchecked SNMP OID encoding

Stack-based buffer overflow in Squid through 7.1 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via a long SNMP OID request. The asn_build_objid function encodes OID subidentifiers into a fixed-size stack buffer without checking its write pointer against the buffer end. Exploitation requires an exposed Squid SNMP service; oversized OID response encoding writes beyond buf and terminates the process.
