Cluster-wide command execution via cleanTcs injection

OS command injection in Chaos Mesh 2.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers within a Kubernetes cluster to execute commands. The cleanTcs GraphQL resolver concatenates each untrusted devices value into a tc shell command and passes it to ExecBypass without neutralization. Exploitation requires in-cluster access and the companion authorization bypass, granting unauthenticated command execution in targeted pods.
