Use of an uninitialized variable in dragonflyoss Dragonfly before 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt peers via task processing. processPieceFromSource tests the zero-valued variable n instead of result.Size, so AddTraffic never updates the task’s usedTraffic metadata. Exploitation requires a peer to process a task; failed traffic accounting misapplies rate limiting, and the sources identify peer denial of service without specifying a crash or hang.
