Settings tampering via missing CSRF nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in CoolRunner Homerunner 1.0.30 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter settings through an administrator's browser. The main_settings() handler accepts state-changing settings submissions without correctly validating a request nonce. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or otherwise submit the forged request, changing the chosen plugin settings.
