Privilege escalation via injected HAProxy configuration

Configuration injection in HAProxy Kubernetes Ingress Controller before 3.1.13 allows remote authenticated users to obtain its token secret. The config-snippets feature accepts HAProxy directives from users allowed to create or modify Ingress or Service objects and lets HAProxy read sensitive Kubernetes service-account paths. Exposure requires config-snippets to be enabled; the stolen token grants access to cluster data available to the controller and supports privilege escalation.
