NTLM credential relay via crafted TAR hard link

Information exposure in affected Windows releases allows remote attackers to relay a user's NTLM credentials through a crafted TAR file. A crafted hard link in the TAR parser triggers an outbound SMB authentication request, exposing NTLM credentials for relay in the current user's context. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open the file; no direct data modification or service interruption is reported.
