SAML disclosure via unenforced TLS 1.2

TLS downgrade in PSPETE psPAS 6.4.85 through 7.0.208 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to expose SAML traffic via handshake manipulation. Get-PASSAMLResponse passes both PVWA and identity-provider URLs to Invoke-WebRequest without selecting TLS 1.2, leaving the runtime to negotiate a deprecated protocol. Exposure requires a man-in-the-middle position during Gen2SAML authentication and is limited to SAML-session confidentiality; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
