Local bsdtar crash via past-EOF read

Out-of-bounds read in libarchive before 3.8.0 allows local users to crash bsdtar by processing a crafted archive through a pipe. The archive input skip routines advance beyond the known file size instead of falling back to reads that detect truncated RAR data. Exploitation requires user interaction to process the malicious stream and can disclose adjacent process memory or terminate bsdtar.
