Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated outbound URLs

Server-side request forgery in QuantumNous New API before 0.9.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to access arbitrary URLs. The Go backend's image-fetch and webhook paths pass user-controlled HTTP or HTTPS URLs to outbound request functions without destination validation. Any registered user with a valid API key can reach the multimodal routes, enabling internal-service probing or sensitive response retrieval; registration is often enabled by default.
