Transaction redirection via hooked browser APIs

Embedded malicious code in simple-swizzle 0.2.3 allows remote attackers to redirect browser cryptocurrency transactions. The injected index.js payload hooks fetch, XMLHttpRequest, and wallet APIs, then replaces transaction destinations and approval targets with attacker-controlled look-alike addresses. Exposure requires the compromised package to remain in a browser bundle; local, server, and command-line use does not execute the payload.
