User deletion via forged administrative POST

Cross-site request forgery in Windu CMS 4.1 allows remote attackers to delete a selected user through an administrator's browser. The user-editing function processes a cross-origin POST as an authorized deletion when it carries the administrator's authenticated browser context. Exploitation requires an administrator to visit an attacker-controlled page, and the resulting account deletion cannot be restored through the documented interface.
