Unauthenticated module removal via AJAX path traversal

Path traversal in FreePBX Framework before 15.0.38, 16.0.41, and 17.0.21 allows remote attackers to uninstall modules via the ACP. The ACP ajax.php dispatcher accepts an unchecked module parameter, allowing traversal into code paths that invoke certain modules' uninstall functions. No authentication or user interaction is required when the ACP is network-accessible; successful requests drop module database tables and delete stored configuration.
