Cross-account authorization bypass via account-agnostic client cache

Incorrect authorization in OpenBao AWS Plugin before 0.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to assume trusted-account privileges. The auth-aws client cache keys IAM and EC2 clients by region and STS role but omits the AWS account ID, so a duplicate role name can reuse a trusted account's cached client. Exploitation requires AWS credentials in an untrusted account and a role-name collision; successful authentication exposes secrets and permits privilege escalation.
