CVE-2025-59040Network attack vector

Tracker-name disclosure via unfiltered child tracker enumeration

Published Sep 18, 2025 · Updated Sep 18, 2025

Improper permission handling in Tuleap before 16.11.99.1757427600 allows remote authenticated users to view inaccessible tracker names. Backlog item representations, including the quick-add children action, enumerate child trackers without filtering them by the requesting user's tracker permissions. A low-privileged account must reach a backlog containing a child tracker it cannot otherwise access; disclosure is limited to tracker names.
