Stored script execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Welcart e-Commerce 2.11.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in visitors' browsers. Patchstack has not disclosed the affected input, storage path, or output-encoding failure that preserves and renders the payload. Editor-level access is required to inject content, and exploitation occurs only when another user loads the stored payload, enabling actions within that user's browser context.
