Arbitrary file read via prefix-bypassed path traversal

Path traversal in Tautulli 2.15.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through real_pms_image_proxy. The endpoint accepts an img value beginning with interfaces/default/images, then resolves appended ../ sequences without confining the path to that directory. No authentication is required, and exposed JWTs or secrets can enable administrative access.
