Arbitrary file read via unchecked image paths

Path traversal in Tautulli 2.15.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the unauthenticated /image endpoint. The image method joins attacker-controlled URL path segments beneath the interface resource directory and passes the resulting path to serve_file without verifying directory containment. Network access to the web application is sufficient to disclose files readable by its process, including configuration secrets and stored tokens that can enable administrative access.
