Process crash via unbounded data URI decoding

Denial of service in Axios 0.28.0 through 0.30.1 and 1.0.0 through 1.11.0 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js processes. The Node http adapter passes data-scheme payloads to fromDataURI, which decodes the entire body into a Buffer or Blob without applying maxContentLength or maxBodyLength. Exploitation requires a consuming Node.js application to pass attacker-controlled data URLs to Axios; browser use and ordinary HTTP responses do not reach this path.
