Denied-file disclosure via public-directory prefix traversal

Path traversal in affected Vite development servers allows remote attackers to read denied files through crafted HTTP requests. When a public directory contains a symlink, viteServePublicMiddleware treats every request as public, and sirv's delimiter-free prefix check accepts a normalized ../ path outside that directory. Exposure requires network hosting, the default-enabled public directory feature, and a symlink; successful requests disclose readable files without authentication.
