Authenticated code execution via unchecked JDBC URL
Published Sep 15, 2025 · Updated Sep 15, 2025
Improper JDBC URL validation in FIT2CLOUD DataEase before 2.10.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the server. H2.java accepts a non-H2 JDBC URL, letting a crafted configuration select the Redshift driver and load attacker-controlled XML through Spring application-context socketFactory parameters. Low-privileged access to submit an H2 data-source configuration is required; successful exploitation runs commands in the server process context.
