Document archive decryption via hard-coded default password

Hard-coded credentials in Milner ImageDirector Capture 7.0.9.0 through versions before 7.6.3.25808 allow local users to decrypt document archives. C2SGlobalSettings.dll embeds the static DelayedTransmissionPassword and uses it when no custom delayed-transmission password is configured. Exploitation requires local access to the compiled DLL and an archive protected with the default password; the reported consequence is unauthorized document disclosure.
