Kernel crash via unvalidated sendto address pointer

NULL pointer dereference in RT-Thread 5.1.0 allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted sendto address pointer. In Smart's sys_sendto path, sockaddr_tolwip checks only whether the user-supplied to pointer is NULL, then reads sa_family and copies sa_data without validating the address. A compromised user thread can trigger an invalid kernel-memory access, interrupting the device; unauthorized memory access or privilege escalation is not established.
