Unauthenticated sensitive data retrieval via hard-coded credentials
Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026
Hard-coded credentials in Essekia Helpie FAQ 1.45 and earlier allow remote attackers to retrieve embedded sensitive data over the network. Patchstack has not disclosed which credential is embedded, where it is stored, or which request exposes it. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is limited to reading otherwise restricted information.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
