Unauthenticated order-status changes via unchecked REST endpoint

Missing authorization in PeachPay Payments 1.117.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to change WooCommerce order statuses via REST. The /wp-json/peachpay/v1/order/status endpoint accepted unauthenticated status-change requests because its handler lacked authentication and authorization checks. Any network client that can reach the WordPress REST API can alter an order workflow state without an account.
