Heap buffer overflow in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Dec-2025 Release 1 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted JPEG. The WINKJ_YcbcrWriteOutput1to1_YUV422_H1V2_toRGBA8888 decoder routine writes converted color data past its allocated bitmap buffer. Opening the image in Gallery triggers a crash, while automatic saving and media-scan processing can reach the flaw without user interaction.
