Credential capture via unauthorized Elasticsearch validation

Missing authorization in Jenkins OpenTelemetry Plugin 3.1543.v8446b_92b_cd64 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture credentials. The doValidate form method accepts an attacker-controlled Elasticsearch URL and credential ID, then authenticates to that URL without verifying Overall/Administer permission. Overall/Read access and a valid credential ID obtained separately are required, and successful exploitation discloses the selected stored credential.
