Version disclosure via unauthenticated status response
Published Sep 6, 2025 · Updated Sep 8, 2025
Information disclosure in Atlantis 0.35.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read the service version through the public /status endpoint. The unauthenticated handler returns a JSON status object whose version field identifies the running build instead of limiting the response to health state. Network access to the server is sufficient, and the disclosure enables version-specific vulnerability targeting without directly exposing application data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
