CVE-2025-58426Network attack vector

Authenticated malicious AppSuite creation via hard-coded key

Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025

Hard-coded cryptographic key use in desknet's NEO V4.0R1.0 through V9.0R2.0 allows remote authenticated users to create malicious AppSuite apps. The AppSuite application-creation path relies on an embedded cryptographic key, but NEOJAPAN has not disclosed how the key is used or validated. A valid desknet's NEO login is required, and the documented consequence is limited to creating malicious AppSuite applications.
