Physical memory corruption via disguised freelist buffers

Memory corruption in Graphics DDK 1.15 RTM, 1.17 RTM, 1.18 RTM, and 23.2 RTM through 25.2 RTM allows local users to overwrite physical memory. RGXCreateHWRTDataSet accepts disguised freelist buffers and lets the GPU write through restricted internal buffers to attacker-selected physical pages. Non-privileged software must execute GPU system calls on a PowerVR device; successful writes can corrupt kernel or driver pages and alter platform behavior.
