Authenticated message disclosure via unchecked MessageID

Authorization bypass in CGM CLININET before 2025.MS4 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' messages and attachments. The message retrieval handler accepts a sequential MessageID from a GET request and returns the referenced object without checking ownership or authorization. A valid low-privileged session is required, and exploitation discloses stored clinical communications and attached files without changing them.
