Arbitrary command execution via unparsed Bash expansions

OS command injection in Roo Code before 3.26.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through crafted prompts. The command parser fails to recognize Bash parameter expansion and indirect references as dangerous substitutions, allowing appended commands to pass an auto-approval allowlist. Exploitation requires attacker influence over prompts and command auto-approval, which is disabled by default; successful commands run with the editor's permissions.
