Kernel memory exhaustion via unbounded procfs allocation

Resource exhaustion in Samsung Exynos Wi-Fi drivers allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through a crafted procfs write. The /proc/driver/unifi0/confg_tspec write handler allocates memory for an attacker-controlled large buffer without imposing a bound or throttling repeated allocations. Access requires local low-privileged ability to write that procfs node; exhaustion can interrupt the device by depriving the kernel and other processes of memory.
