Kernel memory exhaustion via unbounded procfs allocation

Resource exhaustion in the Samsung Exynos Wi-Fi driver allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through send_delts writes. The affected Exynos Wi-Fi drivers allocate an attacker-controlled large buffer in /proc/driver/unifi0/send_delts without enforcing a limit. Access to the local procfs write operation is required; exploitation depletes kernel memory and interrupts service without reported data disclosure or modification.
