Local privilege escalation in Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX 3.05 allows local users to execute arbitrary code during the boot process. The application SoC lacks a properly configured immutable hardware root of trust, so its boot flow accepts attacker-controlled code. High device privileges are required, but the deficient authentication mechanism is bypassable, yielding boot-context code execution.
