Remote code execution via unvalidated file path

Path traversal in Delta Electronics DIALink 1.6.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. The DataCenter service on TCP port 7631 uses a user-supplied path in file operations without validating that it remains within an allowed directory. The service listens on this port by default, and successful exploitation runs code as SYSTEM on the Windows host.
