CVE-2025-5826

AT command injection via ESP32 message misinterpretation

Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jun 26, 2025

Command injection in Autel MaxiCharger AC Wallbox Commercial 1.36.00 allows attackers to execute arbitrary AT commands via Bluetooth messages. The ble_process_esp32_msg function misinterprets untrusted ESP32 message data as AT command input instead of separating data from commands. Network-adjacent access is sufficient and requires no authentication; injected commands execute in the device context.
