CVE-2025-58252Network attack vector

Authenticated API key disclosure via editor script localization

Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026

Sensitive information exposure in Getwid 2.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read configured API keys. ScriptsManager passes stored Mailchimp and reCAPTCHA keys into the Getwid block-editor JavaScript object without first limiting the values to administrators. Contributor-level access to the WordPress editor is sufficient, exposing secrets configured for those integrations while granting no reported ability to alter them.
